Fluker's High-Calcium Cricket Feed is a premium formula designed for  "gut-loading" crickets to increase their vitamin/mineral content prior to offering them as prey to your pet. This allows insect-eating pets to benefit not only from the nutritional value of the insect itself, but from the insect's nutrient-rich gut content as well.

FEEDING DIRECTIONS:

Feed as the primary source of food to crickets and most other feeder insects. The insects can be maintained on the diet until the time comes to feed them to your pet. To ensure optimal nutrition and calcuim intake, feed the insects to your pet on the day after they've consumed the diet.

CAUTION:

Feed should be stored in a well-ventilated, dry area protected from rodents and insects. Feed is perishable. Do not feed moldy or insect-infested feed as it may cause illness or death.

Best feed I have found!

When I get a new batch of crickets, then seem to fight over this stuff for the first day or so :) But the best thing is the low death rate of crickets, I order 100 half inch ones, and I have to say I only seem to lose the ones I get with the tubes. Great stuff!!

Crickets LOVE this stuff! I buy it in a 6lb jug from Amazon. I feel very confident that this keeps my crickets healthy, which keeps my beardies healthy!

Way better than the orange cubes
Kristen Lambert (Warren, TX) 6/10/2013 12:13 AM
I switched from the orange cubes to the Hi-Cal Cricket Diet plus the Cricket Quencher and I have a fraction of the number of dead crickets! Almost ZERO death loss, in fact!

Awesome!
Larry Mitchell (Bonham, TX) 12/15/2012 8:33 PM
My first batch of crickets(50) I used the Orange Cube diet since that is what came with my Crestie when I adopted her and seemed to be easier than having food and water separately. I had quite a few die off and not a lot seemed to be on the cubes at any one time, so with my 2nd batch of crickets I ordered this along with the Hi-Cal Quencher. Wow - I had an Orange Cube in there and none were on it - they were all hiding - 30 seconds after putting a lid full of this in there I had crickets 3 deep trying to get at it! And after 15-20 minutes they were 2-3 deep on the Quencher gel - and still none on the orange cube. Now after a week all my crickets are getting bigger and plumper! Needless to say I threw away the rest of my Orange Cube diet. Now I am going to be repeat customer - Fluker is the best for crickets and supplies!
