Live Insects:
All claims for live insects must be made within 24 hours of delivery or they will not be honored. For insect problems or returns, just give us a call at 1-800-735-8537, or send us an email at help@flukerfarms.com.
Winter Shipping Advisory:
Insect Guarantee only(IGO) If you select (IGO) your order will automatically ship regardless of temperature. If the low temperatures are 15 degrees or colder at night the insects only are guaranteed against DOA but the freight is not guaranteed. Freight charges only will be added to all replaced (IGO) orders.
Hold for Weather(HFW) If you would like your order held for warmer temperatures(HFW), please let us know. Your order will ship once overnight lows are above 15 degrees. (HFW) orders carry our 100% live insect 24-hour guarantee. If problems are reported to us within 24-hours of delivery, Fluker's will provide you with the option of a credit or replacement for your order.
Dry Goods:
Dry products are guaranteed 30-days from the purchase of the original product. Any products purchased from a pet store and not one of our sales representatives, must be returned to that pet store.
Reptiles:
Any claims must be made within 24 hours of arrival. We also may require that any DOA's (Dead on Arrival) be returned to our facility at your expense. Any losses may be credited to your account or reshipped.
If your animal arrives DOA, please contact us as soon as possible and place your animal in a freezer until you receive further instructions from one of our sales representatives.
If you are unable to sign for the delivery of the reptile, Fluker's assumes no responsibility on the condition in which it arrives.
