We only ship one day a week only so please read the following carefully! All orders received before Saturday 10 am CST will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday.
We are able to give our customers this great Priority Federal Express rate because of our shipping volume with Federal Express and also because we bring our packages directly to the Federal Express office so they do not have to pick them up. A lot of shipping problems are caused by packages being carried around in hot pick up or delivery trucks. Our packages are delivered before 11 am when it is cooler in the morning because we pay extra for Priority morning delivery. Since we personally drop off your order to FedEx and because we use the FedEx Priority morning delivery option, we eliminate almost all temperature related shipping problems. Because of this special low price we are limited to making all of our shipments on only one day per week. We normally make all of our shipments each Monday for delivery before 11 am Tuesday. Occasionally we will move our shipping day to Tuesday for delivery before 11 am Wednesday. We cannot make any exceptions to this shipping schedule. This is the only way we do our shipping and it necessary to do it this way because of the long distance our facility is from the FedEx facility and also due to a very special deal we have made with Federal Express (lots of packages just one day per week) in order to keep our low shipping rates as low as they are so PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS BECAUSE NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU OFFER TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING WE WILL HAVE TO DECLINE. SHIPPING IS ONE DAY A WEEK WITH NO EXCEPTIONS!
Live insects are shipped via next day service either FedEx or Airborne. Dry Goods are shipped the most economical way. Sorry, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Neither do we ship outside the United States, or to a Post Office Box.
