Fluker Farms, Inc has developed the largest, healthiest and most hearty House Crickets available. Cricket genes from several locations throughout the country were incorporated into a special strain, called the “American mix”, which has been selectively bred as feeder crickets for size and durability for over 60 generations. This is why Fluker’s crickets have less mortality upon delivery and survive longer after they arrive. We recommend Fluker's Cricket Quencher and Fluker's Orange Cube Complete Cricket Diet to keep your crickets alive longer. Feeder Crickets on average have a life span of around 8 weeks.

there was probably way over 50 of those worms and a few beetles and no way there was the 1000 crickets that I had ordered. I couldn't count them although I tried and there could only be 600 maybe 700 TOPS I will be trying out a different company next time for sure

The cricket usually arrive alive and are in good shape. For the past 4 shipments, though, we've gotten a crazy amount of spiders (maybe about 6 per shipment).
The FedEx 2 day shipping has been inconsistent and has sometimes taken 6 days so I'd recommend the priority mail option if it's available.
The crickets are great.

Got my order today. Ordered 4 week old ones supposed to be 1/2 inch. All of mine are 7/8 to 1 inch in size. 90% are alive. I ordered 250,looks closer to 200 but maybe it is 250. No spiders in mine. Couple of beetles and those worms but those are just "cleaner crews" for those of you who don't know. They eat waste and the dead. Most all breeders of insects have them in there.

I have been keeping/raising a variety of different animals for years. I have tried just about every cricket distributer out there. Fluker's is by far the best there is. I have been ordering from them for a long time and have always been impressed with the ease of ordering, arrival condition and the quality of the insects. I won't go anywhere else. The only time I needed to contact their customer service department was many years ago. I ordered 1,000 large crickets. The delivery person left them on my porch, in 100 degree weather in the direct sun! They all died, of course. I called Fluker's and they promptly sent me a new order...no questions asked. For those of you who have had a bad experience, trust me, it's an anomaly. I've tried them all and Fluker's is far and away the consistently best performer. I just ordered 3,000 more!
