Iguana's tend to be messy. Repta-Liner is easy to clean.

Iguanas are arboreal (climb). An appropriate size branch should be included in the cage.

A food and water bowl of appropriate size. Should be disinfected daily with tank cleaner.

Basking Bulb

Appropriate wattage. Use chart on the side of the box. Iguanas by nature bask in the sun to thermalregulate (reach desired body temperature). This will replicate the natural setting.

Keep Iguanas warm at night with minimal light so it does not disturb its night cycle. It is not healthy to leave daylight lights on at night; a 12-hour day and night cycle is needed for psychological benefits.

Keep basking bulb in, since it is a direction bulb.

This bulb imitates the natural light of the sun making it possible for the Iguana to produce Vitamin D naturally. In turn, the Iguana to aid calcium digestion uses Vitamin D. Bone disorders are one of the common killers of captive Iguanas.

House 5.0 Bulb. Extra outlets will allow customer to plug in other accessories, i.e. Clamp Lamp, Under Tank Heater, etc. Combination Hood may be used for younger Iguanas in a smaller tank when using lower wattage bulbs.

This produces heat from under the terrarium (hence the name). Its function is to help aid in digestion of food. Hot Rocks may be used for older Iguanas, but should not be used for juveniles as their skin is too sensitive for direct heat.
