What are my shipping options? |

You have the option on live feeder insects, 250 or more ordered, to be shipped Airborne Express or Fed Ex. All contracts are shipped out through the postal service. All dry good products are shipped UPS ground. |

When will I receive my order? |

All orders received before 2:00 CT, will be shipped same day, for next day delivery, weather permitting in your area. We have the option to hold the order if the weather is too cold. All contracts are shipped postal on Monday and Tuesday only. You should receive them in about 4 to 5 days. Depending on your location, all UPS ground packages take 4 to 8 days for delivery. |

Do I have to be home for delivery? |

Yes, on all overnight delivery's, we require a signature. If for some reason you aren't going to be home during the day, you can request "no signature" required. In this instance, the shipment isn't guaranteed. |

How do I know when my order is shipped? |

All orders shipped will have an email confirmation sent the same afternoon. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please call our office at 1-800-735-8537. Remember that contracts, if placed on Saturday through Thursday, will ship the following Friday. You will receive an email confirmation at that time. |

No, Live Operator is used for any purpose other than orders. We have a Live Operator available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, for any questions you may have. |

What should I do if my insect order appears to have arrived dead? |
| A: |

First, if it is cold weather, please allow the crickets to slowly warm. They will become dormant when below a temperature of 32 degrees. Place crickets close to a heat source to allow them to warm slowly.
If they don't start jumping in the box, please call us for a replacement. If mealworms are black, that is a good indication that they are dead due to being overheated. In that instance, you may call us for a replacement. All claims must be made within 48 hours.
