I've only worked with Fluker's this one time, I'm happy with the price and floored with customer service :D We were disappointed when well over half our tube was dead but upon calling them, they went above and beyond to help me! Looking forward to my next tube.

I was excited when I received my tube because I could get a smaller quantity of crickets shipped to me at a decent price. Well I was wrong. When I opened the tube about a quarter of them were dead, but considering the amount I wasn't too concerned. What DID upset me is that in the two days I've had them, 60% have died. I could get 500 crickets I know will live for half the price. I'm sorry to say I will not be buying from Fluker's again.

I've found myself very disappointed with the cricket tubes I ordered. To Fluker's credit, the tubes are very convenient to use due to their size and shape compared to a box. However, the crickets I've ordered always come with loads of little black worms which almost seem to chase crickets around and I worry might be a parasite. My last order had 4-5 big spiders in each tube which were very aggressive and jumped out onto my hand when I opened it. Despite the large amount of other creatures that I've found in my tubes, I will concede that Fluker's does very well at packing your crickets so that they all arrive live and active; and that their shipping options are much more economical that other companies which force you to pay for UPS or FedEx shipping.
However, I don't enjoy finding strange worms and spiders with my crickets and will be trying some other providers for a while.

Again great service crickets arrived in 2 days ordered on Monday and arrived on Wednesday. Always great support service,and cheaper then buying from local pet shop. Keep up the good work
